We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, colors, and images, but cannot guarantee that your screen's display will reflect true colors. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in USD and may be converted at checkout depending on your location. International orders may be subject to exchange rate variations and transaction fees by your bank or credit card provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Miami. Orders are processed within 24 business hours.

• U.S. Orders: Free shipping on orders over $150.
  
  

• International Orders: Free shipping thresholds vary by region (typically $200–$250). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout for orders below these thresholds.
  
  

Please note that delivery times may vary by location, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or courier issues.

6. Duties & Taxes

All international orders (including those to France and the EU) may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, MAISON ROSA is not responsible for these additional charges. They are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with original tags. For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and one-pieces must be tried on over underwear. Returns that show signs of wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

• To start a return or exchange, please use our Returns Portal.
  Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval, or instantly via store credit.
  Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund:
  $5 (USA), $15 (Europe), $25 (rest of the world).

• Returns received after the 14-day period may only be refunded as store credit. Refused or undeliverable orders will also be refunded as a gift card, minus return costs.

• For faulty or incorrect items, contact info@maisonrosa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
